  • Please note: We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote and regional areas, including Western Australia, Northern Territory, and parts of Queensland, may experience longer delivery times.

  • During peak periods (for example, sales or holidays), dispatch and delivery may be delayed slightly due to increased order volume.
